ARB Improvement Request

Submit your application for any exterior improvement, addition, or modification to your Canterbury property.

⚠ Important — Please Read Before Submitting ARB approval is required before any exterior improvement and before Liberty Township will issue a zoning permit. Applications must be submitted at least 30 days before your planned construction date. The ARB targets a 15-day review but has up to 30 days. Your HOA dues must be current for your application to be considered. Submitted documents become part of ARB records and will not be returned.
