This website is operated by the Canterbury Homeowners Association for the benefit of Canterbury residents in Powell, Ohio. We are committed to protecting your privacy. - Contact form submissions — When you use the "Contact the Board" form, we collect your name, email address, street address, topic, and message.
- ARB Improvement Request submissions — When you submit an ARB application, we collect your name, email address, street address, phone number, type of improvement, and project description.
- AI chat inputs — When you use the Anton AI assistant, your questions are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. We do not store your chat history on our servers.
We do not collect any information automatically. This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics software, or any other passive data collection tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
Information you submit through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry or process your request. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions are received by the Canterbury HOA board and used to respond to your question or concern.
- ARB applications are reviewed by the Architectural Review Board to evaluate your improvement request.
- Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
This website uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

4. Data Retention
Form submissions are stored in Netlify's Forms dashboard and retained until manually deleted by the HOA board. We do not retain AI chat conversations on our servers — each conversation is independent and not stored after your session ends.
5. No Advertising
This website does not display advertisements. We do not work with advertisers or ad networks. No data collected through this site is used for advertising purposes.
6. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for Canterbury homeowners and residents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
